A truly fascinating and unique wine from a vineyard planted in 1977. Predominantly Chenin Blanc but interplanted with Crouchen Blanc, Palamino, Semillon, Muscat and even potentially some Gewurtztraminer.
Whole bunch pressed and macerated in a plastic egg for 10 months. Ripe and full with incredible length and texture. Saline and mineral. A real treat.
