60% Riesling, 25% Sauvignon Blanc, 10% Muller Thurgau, 5% Muscat
Always one of our favourite and best selling wines, we're delighted to have the new vintage of Little Bastard back.
The grape varieties are fermented separately, with varying degrees of skin contact before blending into an old wood foudre where it stays for 2.5 months. Hand bottled with a little co2 to retain a slight bubble.
No sulphur added. Wild, bright, juicy and fresh as always.
