Named Smiley after the meat left on a sheep's head (a local delicacy), the third release of the Smiley Red is a blend of Cinsault (50%) Mouvedre (35%) Tinta Barocca (11%) and Syrah (4%) from three different vintages spanning 2016, 2017 and 2018.
The wines are fermented naturally in a combination of stainless steel tank and well seasoned wood foudres.
Rich, rustic with earthy notes and dark, red fruits.
